Ég brenn fyrir málefnum fjölskyldna og snemmtækri íhlutun, sérstaklega hvað varðar börn og ungmenni og vellíðan (wellbeing) einstaklingsins.  Ég styðst við jákvæða sálfræði ásamt hugrænni atferlismeðferð (HAM) í minni meðferðarvinnu en nýti einnig verkfæri úr núvitund (Mindfulness) og ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), allt eftir þörfum hvers og eins.

Ég legg áherslu á að mynda gott meðferðarsamband við skjólstæðinga mína, byggja upp öryggi og traust og mæta þeim þar sem þeir eru staddir hverju sinni. Jafnframt hef ég tileinkað mér sáttamiðlun og öðlast hæfni í fjölbreyttum ráðgjafar- og meðferðaraðferðum, þar með talið markþjálfun, stjúptengslum og skilnaðarráðgjöf (SES- samvinna eftir skilnað). 

Ásamt ráðgjöfinni hef ég mikla reynslu af fyrirlestra- og námskeiðahaldi fyrir börn og fullorðna, fyrirtæki og stofnanir.
